Principal Contracting

The restoration of a building seldom stops at redecorating. Often prior repairs and minor alterations will be required. Cousins Group carries out a comprehensive service for the repair of buildings taking on the role of Principal Contractor and managing all the ancillary trades including scaffolding, roofing, asphalting, leadwork, joinery repairs, refurbishment and mechanical and electrical packages.

The Company operates project processes and management systems are all designed to incorporate the demands of a Principal Contracting project role whether it in the management of the supply chain, commercial and risk management or Health, Safety and Environmental management.
